The beds are comfortable and the staff is HELPFUL. The hotel was located within walking distance of genting club casino. Not far from the airport, 25 km.

We got upgrade and were given a family room upon arrival. This hotel was situated 2 km from tourist destination like kedleston hall.

The service was good. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent. All in all a very good hotel would recommend to anyone.

Cleanliness of room, comfy bed, friendly reception staff, short taxi drive into centre of town.
Breakfast on Sunday morning, 2nd May, a bit chaotic. Lots of guests staying and tables not cleared quickly enough.
-

Everything's perfect, especially perfessional and friendly staff.

Excellent hotel, good location, friendly helpful staff and nice room and bathroom. Quiet. Room 408 overlooks the cricket ground! Nice downstairs lounge.
Downside breakfast expensive we think aimed at business travelers, and far far too hot, no air conditioning (although we did get a huge fan), and you can't open the window much.

The location was convenient for the city centre with lots of parking. The housekeeper was polite and pleasant and the room was very clean.
I found the location noisy at night as it is so close to main roads. The breakfast was poor for example only white processed bread for toasting, cheap ersatz juice and worst of all bits of what appeared to be metal in glasses used at the juice machine, milk machine and water dispenser. The breakfast area was so busy for so long on Sunday that we had to leave without having any and there were no observable staff clearing tables or moving people in and out.
-
Free parking, good breakfast, fan in the room for warm evenings. A good price with breakfast included. Only a twenty minute walk to the city centre.

The Staff at this Hotel were very welcoming and friendly and were very knowlegable about the area. The room was clean and comfortable but the carpet was stained in places. The tv Remote didn't work however I took it to Reception where Staff fitted new batteries to the handset however it still didn't work so I reported the fault. We thought the Hotel could do with a more prominent sign outside which could be visible from the main road. A good Hotel though and we will return there sometime
